The Large Hall
The largest space in the building, the Large Hall holds up to 200 guests, depending on your preferred layout, and is well suited to bigger celebrations, complete with its own private bar.
There’s a large stage for live music, bands and performances, and the room can be arranged to suit your plans.
Layout
Formal seated dinner
A classic setup with round tables for seated dining, along with a top table for the wedding party.
Evening party
A popular option is smaller tables placed around the dance floor and bar area, leaving plenty of open space for dancing and socialising.
Smaller guest list
If you have fewer guests but still want the Large Hall and stage, we can adjust the layout to bring the dance floor in, helping the room feel full and well balanced.
You are welcome to hire in additional furniture and bring your own decorations. Just let us know your plans in advance so we can make sure everything works practically and safely.
The Assembly Room
For more intimate receptions, the Small Ballroom offers a beautiful and contained setting for up to 40 guests.
It brings all the character of the building, on a smaller scale, making it well suited to relaxed and personal celebrations.
Using the Spaces Together
Some couples choose to move through different spaces across the day, with a ceremony in one room, drinks in the gardens, then dinner and dancing in the Large Hall.
That’s possible here too, giving you the freedom to shape the day around your plans.
