The Grange is a blank canvas venue, which means you hire the spaces and create a day that feels entirely yours. Here is a clear picture of what we take care of and what is yours to arrange.
What’s included in your venue hire
- Use of your hired spaces, set up ahead of your event
- Tables and chairs
- A fully staffed bar throughout your event
- A member of our staff dedicated for your ceremony
- On-site parking
What you’ll need to arrange
- Catering; kitchen facilities are not available, so your caterer will need to be fully self-contained and prepare everything off-site.
- Decorations and styling, including table linen, chair covers, flowers and any other personal touches. We don’t provide a decorating service, so you may want to bring in a stylist or hire company.
- Entertainment and music
- Photography and videography
- A master of ceremonies or someone to manage the flow of the day, if you’re hosting a full day event.
- Your registrar, booked directly with Wakefield Council — we can point you in the right direction
