We offer different rates for private bookings, businesses and charities. All prices are per hour, with a four-hour minimum for the Large Hall and Small Ballroom.
The Large Hall
Our main event space. A large, flexible room with a full stage, BBC-standard PA, professional sprung dancefloor and a private staffed bar. The room can be configured for a wide range of uses.

Well suited to: Weddings, parties, celebrations, live music and performances, conferences, awards evenings, community events and ticketed events.
Layouts available: Cabaret, theatre, banquet, dancefloor. Please note, the room is a flexible space and we may be able to accommodate beyond the above capacities. We will discuss layout with you when you enquire.

Assembly Room
A characterful room within the original house, with period features and an elegant feel. Suited to seated events, private gatherings and smaller celebrations. Includes access to the Drawing Room Bar for your event.
Capacity: Seated 40 / Standing 50
Well suited to: Smaller parties and celebrations, corporate meetings and presentations, wakes and ceremonies.
Layouts available: Theatre style, seated with dancefloor and informal table seating. We’ll discuss the best layout with you when you enquire.

The Tippling Room
A smaller, practical room. Well suited to meetings, workshops and focused sessions. Can also be used as a breakout space during larger events, or ceremony room.

Well suited to: Meetings, workshops, training, interviews, breakout space, intimate ceremonies.

The Gardens
The Grange has private gardens which we can provide access to at no extra charge when booking an indoor space. Exclusive use of the gardens is not available as the outdoor space is open to the public as part of our bar. Direct access is available through the Assembly Room. The hire of any equipment for the gardens must be agreed and approved with The Grange prior to booking.
Please note: there is no power available in the gardens and glasses are not allowed on the lawn. We also do not permit bouncy castles or any inflatables.
Wakes
Room hire for wakes is provided free of charge for up to four hours. Standard rates apply after this point.
