We meet every week Tuesday and Thursday 6.30pm – 9.00pm we have many portable events throughout the year in and around Pontefract.
The Pontefract & District Amateur Radio Society (PDARS) is a welcoming club for anyone interested in amateur radio, We are dedicated to promoting the hobby through technical experimentation, practical operating, and shared learning.
Whether you’re an experienced “Ham” or just curious about getting your first license, PDARS offers a friendly environment with regular meetings, workshops, and operating events. Join us to explore everything from Morse code and radio construction to digital modes and satellite communication!
