Hayley Pennock is an accomplished operational leader with a strong record in organisational change, customer experience improvement and operational excellence.

With experience across housing, financial services and events, she combines strategic insight, hands-on delivery and commercial awareness.

In her career she has worked with senior executives to design long-term operating models, deliver complex change programmes and embed digital solutions that improve customer outcomes and streamline internal operations. She is skilled in data-led decision-making, stakeholder engagement and leading teams through cultural and operational change.

As Director of Yonder Events Ltd, she founded and scaled a successful events company, delivering community events, building a recognised brand and managing full operational, financial and compliance activity.

She holds a BSc in Information Management and Business Studies from Loughborough University, is qualified in Lean Six Sigma and has completed advanced management development programmes, supporting her commitment to continuous improvement and positive customer and community outcomes.
